Ron William is an internationally recognised market strategist, educator and performance coach with more than twenty-five years of experience across institutional finance, global macro research and professional education. Throughout his career he has advised investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds and brokerage firms while becoming widely respected for his work in behavioural finance, technical analysis and tactical asset allocation.
Before founding his own independent advisory business, Ron held senior positions at Bloomberg, MIG Bank and ECU Group, working with institutional clients around the world. Alongside his research and advisory work, he has trained investment professionals internationally and played an active leadership role within IFTA and several national technical analysis societies.
As a member of the Certification Committee, Ron contributes extensive international market experience and independent professional judgement to the evaluation process, helping ensure that every certification reflects the principles of consistency, integrity and professional excellence.
Saleh Nasser is one of the Middle East's most respected technical analysts, bringing more than two decades of institutional investment experience to the Certification Committee. Throughout his career he has served as Chief Technical Strategist at CIBC, Pharos Holding and Pioneers Holding, where he advised investment committees and contributed to strategic portfolio decisions.
Beyond his institutional career, Saleh has made a lasting contribution to financial education. As the creator of the CETA Professional Program, he helped establish one of the few qualifications recognised by IFTA as equivalent to the CFTe designation. In recognition of his long-standing contribution to international financial education, he was awarded the honorary CFTe designation.
His combination of institutional market experience, educational leadership and international certification expertise provides an important perspective within the Committee's evaluation process.
Dato' Dr. Nazri Khan, widely known as DDNK, is one of Southeast Asia's leading investment professionals and educators. With more than twenty years of experience in asset management, portfolio strategy and technical analysis, he has served as CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Berjaya Mutual Berhad while holding senior positions within leading investment banks and asset management firms.
Alongside his institutional career, DDNK has delivered more than one thousand investment seminars throughout Asia, the Middle East and Africa and founded the Malaysian Association of Technical Analysts (MATA), helping strengthen professional education across the region.
Internationally, he is recognised not only as an educator but also as an exceptional trader. His four consecutive victories in the 2024 World Cup Trading Championship earned him a place in the Malaysia Book of Records and further established his reputation within the global trading community.
Diego Galvis has spent more than sixteen years helping shape the development of the trading profession across Latin America. As Founder and CEO of Trading College, he has educated thousands of traders and investors through structured programmes focused on professional market education across futures, equities, options and other financial markets. He also serves as President of the Colombian Association of Technical Analysts (ASOATVAL) and founded Trading Summit Latam, bringing together traders, brokers, educators and technology providers to strengthen collaboration throughout the region.
His work is driven by a clear vision: to establish trading as a respected profession supported by high-quality education, a strong professional community and long-term institutional development. That vision closely reflects the mission of Elite Trading Experts and brings an important Latin American perspective to the Certification Committee.
Brett Villaume brings more than two decades of experience spanning investment research, investor relations, wealth management and financial education. He currently serves as a Financial Advisor with Equitable Advisors and has previously held senior leadership positions within banking, investment research and wealth management.
A former President of the CMT Association and a member of its Board of Directors for nine years, Brett has helped guide one of the world's leading professional organisations for technical analysts. Alongside his industry career, he has taught Technical Analysis as an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University for more than a decade, reflecting his long-standing commitment to professional education and the development of future market professionals.
His experience across financial markets, higher education and professional leadership provides an important North American perspective within the Certification Committee.
