Terms of Service.

Elite Trading Experts, operated by Torero Lifestyle LLC and/or its designated licensed entities, is an international, neutral and independent certification and governance framework for professional experts in trading, investment and financial education.

Elite Trading Experts is not a marketing agency, recruitment service or brokerage intermediary. It evaluates, classifies and provides visibility to experts according to defined professional and ethical standards.

Elite Trading Experts means the institutional platform operated by Torero Lifestyle LLC and/or its designated licensed entities. An Expert is an individual or entity applying for, evaluated by or listed within the framework. A Partner may be a broker, event organiser, financial institution, media outlet or another organisation interacting with the ecosystem.

Services include expert evaluation and classification, certification, directory inclusion, eligibility for events and educational formats, access to the Media Engine, institutional visibility and communication, and non-binding expert recommendations. The Agreement comprises these Terms and referenced supplementary agreements, policies and documents.

These Terms apply to listings, certifications and cooperation between Experts and Partners within the framework. Deviating conditions apply only when expressly accepted in writing by Elite Trading Experts.

The platform provides structured ecosystem access through expert evaluation and classification, directory inclusion, eligibility for events and education, the Elite Trading Experts Media Engine, neutral institutional communication and non-binding recommendations to Partners.

Elite Trading Experts does not act as a booking agent, recruitment service or commercial intermediary between Experts and Partners.

• Experts must provide accurate and complete information and comply with the Elite Trading Experts Code of Conduct.
• Experts remain responsible for their own legal, tax and regulatory obligations and may use Elite Trading Experts branding only under the applicable written guidelines.
• Certification may be withdrawn for misconduct, ethical violations or non-compliance with these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
• Elite Trading Experts does not assume responsibility for an Expert's services, representations or business activities.
• Experts may not represent, bind or act on behalf of Elite Trading Experts unless expressly authorised in writing.

Experts and their activities must not directly or indirectly involve a country, territory, individual or entity subject to sanctions imposed by the United States or the European Union. Experts must immediately disclose changes in residence, operations, business structure or other circumstances creating a connection to a sanctioned jurisdiction.

Elite Trading Experts does not offer services, certifications, listings, events, educational programmes or other activities to sanctioned individuals or entities. Failure to disclose relevant changes constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund. Elite Trading Experts has no duty to independently verify compliance.

An Expert grants Elite Trading Experts a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free and transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, modify, adapt and otherwise exploit materials provided in connection with Elite Trading Experts.

This includes presentations, educational resources, documents, images, audio, video, slides, charts, graphics and other materials used for profiles, institutional communication, conferences, webinars, events, education, publications, interviews, websites, newsletters and social media. Materials may be excerpted, translated, combined or adapted for publication, promotion or education.

The licence may be exercised by Elite Trading Experts, its operators, Partners or a future licensed platform operator and survives termination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, revocation of the granted licence is excluded.

Experts warrant that all supplied materials are either owned by them or used under licences permitting commercial use, modification and redistribution, and that required permissions have been obtained. Materials must not infringe copyright, trademark, image, personality or other third-party rights.

Experts agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Trading Experts, its operators, Partners, affiliates and licensed platform operators against claims, damages, losses, costs or liabilities arising from materials supplied by the Expert, including intellectual property and personality-rights claims.

Elite Trading Experts operates under a structured intellectual-property and licensing framework. Intellectual property related to its certification systems, governance frameworks, methodologies, standards and brand elements is owned and controlled by the designated IP holding entity.

Operational entities act under limited, revocable and non-transferable licences. No Expert, Partner, participant or operational entity acquires ownership or control of the institutional framework. Participation may be suspended or terminated where standards are violated.

Partners may engage Experts and use related services or content only within the agreed scope. Unauthorised reuse of content is prohibited.

The standard contract term is twelve months. The Agreement may be terminated for ethical violations, misconduct, non-compliance or sanctions violations. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination, including applicable content rights, warranties and indemnities, remain effective.

Elite Trading Experts may process publicly available professional information to evaluate candidates and protect the integrity of certification. Sources may include professional profiles, public websites, publications, media appearances, conference participation and educational content.

Processing may be based on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. No private personal data is collected as part of this research. AI-assisted tools may support research and analysis, but final evaluation decisions are made exclusively by the Certification Committee. All content, information, statements, publications, media contributions, videos, presentations and materials provided or distributed by Elite Trading Experts, its Experts or Partners are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing published or communicated by Elite Trading Experts constitutes investment, financial or trading advice, portfolio or asset management, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone. Investors may lose some or all invested capital. Past performance, examples and case studies are not indicative of future results. Expert opinions are personal views, not individualised advice; users remain responsible for their own decisions.

Elite Trading Experts does not provide regulated financial services and is not licensed or supervised under MiFID II, CySEC, ESMA or a comparable financial regulatory framework. Users should seek advice from licensed financial, legal or tax professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Trading Experts assumes no liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on content provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Jurisdiction is Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
